My journey into civil engineering began with a fascination for designing and building structures that last. After completing my education, I joined a leading construction firm, where I worked on various projects ranging from residential buildings to large-scale infrastructure. Over time, I specialized in sustainable designs, ensuring that my projects minimize their environmental impact while maximizing efficiency.

What’s worked well for you in terms of advancing your career?
Networking and staying updated with the latest technologies have been critical to my growth. Attending industry conferences and participating in collaborative projects have allowed me to stay ahead of the curve and bring innovative solutions to my work.
Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
During a particularly challenging project, we faced unexpected delays due to extreme weather conditions.
